3 stars Darediablo is an american band formed in 1999 in USA and releasing so far 4 albums, this one is their second one named Bedtimes story from 2002. I was quite pleasent surprised about this album, Darediablo plays a kind of heavy rog with great keybords arrangements over some spacier instrumentation. Maybe at some point they have some influnces from Hawkwind, or the bands from early to mid '70's period when this kind of music was very popular. The album has a lots of instrumental passages from more up tempo like the title track who opens the album, great keybords elements shown here, to a more calm almost space and psychedelic in atmosphere but always keeping the listner with ears opened all the time. The passages are not very complex, they rely more on composition then on virtousity, but that is not a bad thing after all. Good album all the way , nothing realy impressive but quite good and enjoyble. I will give 3 stars for this one. They are very uknown band to larger public, not a review yet on any of their albums, but maybe with mine on this album the listners will open thir eyes and try to listen to this obscure band from heavy prog realm.
