Review by Marty McFly

4 stars Second album of (now "Czech") group Different Light, even released more than 13 years after first record, sounds quite similar in my opinion. Doint this kind of melodic Neo Prog with mainstream element (the reason why we included DL in Crossover genre). Sometimes even venturing into Pop Rock genre (rarely) only to change its course to more elaborate twist. This isn't exactly music for hardcore Prog lovers (in sense that demans extremely complex, often weird and music that is very demanding on listener)

Different Light's music is about something else. It's the message of optimistic kind that music can be more or less Prog and still being in "human friendly" mode. The kind of music that will please listeners of energy-filled melodic Rock and still be good for Prog fans (Neo Prog would be the closest). There are atmospheric tracks like Unholy Land or A Creature of Habit that especially shine.

4(-), good and solid supporting of band's continuity. Should please most of people, except (as mentioned earlier) hardcore Prog fans, who picks only something. But as good old saying tells us: "you can't satisfy everyone".
