PROG REVIEWER
1 stars Don't be mislead! This interview collectable is about as disposable as they come, very limited in its insight and value to the dedicated fan of this outstanding band. Essentually, it's a conversation with Alex Lifeson recorded in a restaurant during their "Hold Your Fire" tour. The interviewer is uncharismatic, and askes questions of Alex pertaining mostly to the development process of this current release as well as his general love of music. We don't hear a word from the other members of the band. The sound quality is very poor, and Alex doesn't seem to be his animate self. Poor taken by itself, but when compared to the volumes of supplemental material we've been given on any of the band's recent DVD releases, and "Story of Kings" is shown to be even more worthless. Not even for dedicated fans.

1 stars Although for a perfectionist fan of Rush this disk is essential to complete an album collection, it is of very poor value. Basically it is a long, drawn out interview with Alex Lifeson (the lead guitarist of the trio). The audio quality, along with the interview itself, is extremely substanda ... (read more)
