2 stars "Your charms are frozen, no emotion..."

Rhythm Of Love was released as a single from Big Generator. The single exists in a few different versions, some of with have Love Will Find A Way from the same album as the second track and some of which have a live recording of City Of Love. There is also a radically different 12" version of the single (listed separately) holding only dance remixes of the main song and thus not including the single edit that appears on this 7" single (nor the album version of the song).

The single edit of Rhythm Of Love omits the 20 second intro of the song that was included in the album version on Big Generator. It is not among my favourite songs, not even from this album of period, but I find it more acceptable than, for example, Owner Of A Lonely Heart or Leave It that were released as singles from the previous album.

City Of Love was originally on 90125 but is here included in a live version that drags the song out to a greater length. This one too is not a favourite though I would call the live version a small improvement over the original studio version.
