XpressivE biography
Founded in Katowice, Poland in 1995 (until 2002 as "ImpressivE") - Hiatus between 2008-2011 - Reformed in 2012

The band was founded in 1995 under the name ImpressivE and known as an instrumental jazz-rock and art-rock ensemble. In 1998, they begin to work on new compositions embracing a new style of music and releasing 3 live albums. In 2002, the band became XpressivE with a new line-up and the album "Encounter" was released a few years later. Between 2008 and 2011, the band was inactive until 2012 where they begin to work on new material with a new line-up. In September 2014, the band released the album "The Head", "The Head II" is the English version of that album originally released in Polish.
