Tesa biography
TESA is a post metal band from Riga, Latvia consisting of Karlis Tone (bass, vocal), Davis Burmeisters (guitar), and Janis Burmeisters (drums, vocals) that formed in 2005 after the break-up of the band IN.STORIA.

In 2006, they released an EP "Tagad" on Unbeliever/Old Skool Kids Records. In 2007, they released their second EP "Nekad." Both EPs are available as a free download on their official web site.

In 2008, they recorded a split with Bökanövsky and released their debut album "Heartbeatsfromthesky."

TESA mixes many stylistic elements from their influences BREACH, CULT OF LUNA, SHORA, CONVERGE, SIGUR ROS, and ISIS. They were approved by the Prog Metal Team and are very highly recommended!
