Komas Mida biography
Komas Mida are an emerging Swedish quintet hailing from Gothenburg. Their music is a fresh take on classic guitar-based Post-Rock with powerful progressions towards emotionally overdriven climaxes. Gentle keyboard soundscapes contribute to the atmosphere and audio film samples provide ornamentation. Overall the music should appeal to fans of MONO or EXPLOSIONS IN THE SKY.

The band had formed initially as a duo in 2004 and has released their debut release in late 2008, which can be purchased on the band's MySpace. Currently the band is in the process of producing a new studio material.
