Organized Chaos biography
ORGANIZED CHAOS is a progressive metal band from Belgrade, Serbia. Their music combines modern progressive metal with different musical styles like funk, classical music, latin etc. The project was initiated by Vladimir LALIC's in 2005, when the demo version of the track ''We'' was recorded with creative support from Marta VLAHOVIC on vocals/keys, Milan JEJINA YEQY on drums and Djordje GOLUBOVIC on bass.

In 2007, Alek DARSON (guitars, keys, production) joins the band, shortly followed by Stefan GOLUBOVIC (bass) and this is when the project grows into a real band. They start playing gigs and concerts but also acoustic acts, making a live national TV appearance in the music show ''Stepeniste (Staircase)''. The band then concentrated on finishing the debut album, which consists of 14 songs and almost 80 minutes of conceptual music; ''Inner Conflict'' was self-released on September 1st 2011 with the band seeking for a label.

ORGANIZED CHAOS mix a lot of different elements from prog-metal to funk, opera and jazz with a commercial touch. On the metal side, their sound is closer to the modern progressive patterns of PAIN OF SALVATION.

Review by gogyly

5 stars I must admit that i'm biased toward this band. They first album come as beautiful surprise although sometimes inconsistent it was pleasure to hear metal band that couldn't be more distant from DT clones. And today i listened couple of times their new masterpiece and oh boy, masterpiece it is indead. You can never expect what lies behined next corner of this album but they somehow manage to stay on (somewhat) commercial side of composition. Band succesfuly blend jazz, etno, funk and metal elements and on this album it's please my ears, not finding hard to grasp and comprehend ideas, with explosions of a very heavy and almost djent style gutars over all songs.

Album is beautifully sung by Vladimir Lalić mastermind of this band and perfectly played from musicians with some serious skills. I give high recommendation toward this album. Production is on high level also. I realy like the sound of the bas, it's so rich and warm, with some very weird sound effects.

People who like Pain of Salvation crossbreaded with some serious heavyness don't look any further, this is the real deal. Definitely in my top 10 progressive metal albums this year.

Thanks to aapatsos for the artist addition. and to NotAProghead for the last updates
