Mark Smoot biography
US composer and musician Mark SMOOT is an artist based in the Washington DC area. He released one solo album back in 1988 - The Attic - but apart from that production he is better known as a band member of acts such as Chainsaw Jazz, Clockhammer, Jaws of Life, Farquhar and Theresa Gunn as well as being the in house producer for Sir Eel Records. His solo album The Attic is more of an obscurity though, but does occasionally appear on ebay and record collector sites as a rare item. And it will most likely remain a production to be sought out by the specially interested due to this, and then by preference by those with a taste for neo-progressive rock.
