Abysse biography
ABYSSE is an instrumental French quartet from Cholet, Pays de la Loire. The band was formed in 2004, releasing their demo EP in 2006 with Jérémy CAS on bass, Sebastien PINEAU on drums, Vincent BARBAUD and Geoffrey "G Free" VERON on guitars.

The band released their first EP, titled "Le vide est forme", in 2008 which was followed by a long period of touring and working on the debut album. After three long years of writing, the band finally put the finishing touches to a debut album, titled "EN(D)GRAVE", that was released on April 23rd, 2012.

The debut album featured the more aggressive side of instrumental Post Metal/Progressive Metal with highly skilled musicianship that left no room for any vocal sections.
