Dead Voices On Air is usually just Mark Spybey (former Zoviet-France member) but "How Hollow Heart...", 1997, adds a small collective of performers, even some abstract/voices.

Best attribute, its minimalism in each of its five, somehow connected, tracks, which enhances its transparent and highly creative spirit, therefore its music composition. All due to the fact that each member provides, in a wide open space (DVOA as usual), a myriad of attractive melody lines, noises, voices, moods and atmospheres which counterpoint themselves into an unknowing, exciting, deep and joyful, slow paced, drone like, exotic dream/nightmarish sonic trip.

What else can I say? For Prog/Electronics followers mostly and other curious prog-cats.
