Hard on the heels of The Lamb, Gabriel broke the mould and released his first solo LP. What a cracking job he did too. Moribund the Burgermeister is a ' burbling' beauty. Solsbury Hill definitely one of the most complete songs he has ever written, the Alice Cooper like Modern Love.Further highlights on side 2 are Slowburn and the epic, Here Comes the Flood. It's great when you get a debut solo of this high calibre cos you know it can only get better.
