5 stars A much better representation of Tull in 1974 than the album suggests. Ian had the idea of making a soundtrack for a movie as well as being affected by critics comments of A passion play. This resulted in a more commercial sounding album which didn't feel like the usual Tull album. Some strong material though. But surrounded by some over joyful pop songs. The bonus material feels like Tull though. Some cool extras such as Good Godmother, Glory row, March the mad scientist, Rainbow blues, Paradise steakhouse, Saturation etc. Also some nice orchestral material also made for the movie. A much more complete look at 1974 Tull with plenty more prog related tracks than the original album presented us. Not to mention a better sound once again thanks to Mr Wilson. 4.5 star
