3 stars I've listened to the 4 track version of this EP, with the full length and edited "Deeper Down" tracks. The version with only the Uberdoom edit seems to be easier to track down. I imagine the song was edited to make it more digestible to the uninitiated. What's left is the base of the song without the growls. If you're familiar with the band, you probably won't care about the edited version.

"The Child Of Eternity" is a fine, catchy track. There's more variety here in instrumentation and tempo than in the "Deeper Down" edit, despite their similar lengths. Like the last track, it suggests one of MDB's best qualities. Although their songs tend to be long, the band varies them enough to keep them interesting.

"A Kiss To Remember" apparently comes from SINAMORATA. With most of their live material, it's often hard to tell the difference except for the applause. I think only established fans would seek this out out, but it's worth it for a reasonable price. In conclusion, this EP is a very fine representation of My Dying Bride's music.
