Maybe biography
French act MAYBE was originally formed in the mid 70's by Serge Escusa (guitars), Bob Esture (bass) and Patrick Dellai (drums). After a few months of rehearsals they strated playing concerts; and became a rather popular act at the time.

They never got to record an album though, and with the rising popularity of punk and subsequent challenging environment for acts pursuing progressive-oriented music the band fell apart.

The trio kept in touch over the years though, and in 2005 they decided to reform - coinciding with the release of Denis Foquet's book Bordeaux Rock(s) where they are mentioned as an important act.

Patricia Capdevielle (vocals) and Xavier Meunier (keyboards) joins the band, and with a new expanded line-up in place the songs from yesteryear are given an overhaul to suit a 5-piece band; and subsequently recorded. And in 2007, more than 30 years after the band's formation, their debut album L'automate is self-released by the band.
