Seven biography
SEVEN is a Progressive/ Experimental Metal band from Illinois/United States formed in 2001. The band released their debut full-length studio album "Echoes of Old Voices in the Rise of New Machines" in 2007. SEVENīs second full-length studio album "Cymatics" was released in 2009. The band mentions acts such as MESHUGGAH, TOOL, NINE INCH NAILES and DEFTONES as influences. The band was started by vocalist Brad Tuttle who still writes and records all the instruments and material for SEVEN to date. Live, Brad only performs vocals though and Johnny Reed plays drums/ electronic percussion, Keith Daily plays bass, Jonny Funk plays guitar and Ike Lindsey adds electronic elements like samples to SEVENīs live sound.

SEVENīs inclusion in the Prog Archives database was approved by the Progressive Metal Team.
