Lindsey Boullt biography
US composer and guitarist LINDSEY BOULLT has been an active musician ever since he first picked up his guitar at age 21. He graduated from the Guitar Institute of Technology in Hollywood 6 years later. He has played in bands exploring styles as diverse as world fusion and hardcore metal, and have also created, organized, directed, composed and performed for the show ChaoticArtCircus, an avante-garde, multi-art extravaganza involving more than one hundred performers. He's also a guitar teacher, and keeps his skills sharp by playing live as often as possible.

In 2007 he made his debut as a solo artist with the album Composition, involving a number of familiar names from the world of fusion as guest musicians, described by some as a venture sounding like Joe Satriani teaming up with the Mahavishnu Orchestra. Derek Sherinian, who was involved in this venture himself, desribed it as very Zeppli-Vishnu.

If any more solo albums will be forthcoming by Boullt is unclear at this point, but he continues being an active live artist, first and foremost in and around his home base of San Francisco.
