Progressive Biography

I thought it was time for a new and clear bio.

About me:
I was born on November 26th 1984 in Bad Wildungen/Germany.
Now I live in Hofheim which is located right between Frankfurt and Wiesbaden.
I successfully applied for an univerity of cooperative education so I will work in local tax office and study in Rotenburg (Fulda).
My hobbies include music (of course), reading, sports (handball, football), supporting Eintracht Frankfurt, doing stuff with photoshop, bicycle tours throughout europe as well as meeting with friends.

Music:
Well, I discovered prog together with a friend. I ordered Gentle Giant's Octopus and Yes' Relayer because I liked the reviews on Amazon. I (as well as my pal) was actually searching for something like Led Zeppelin or Uriah Heep because I listened to it at this time. But fortunately I ordered the albums. After having listened to it we both were captured by this great music.
I still like the classic Rock thing as well as some metal but I mainly listen to prog and jazz/fusion now.
Some facts:

- Record Collection: 625 prog and classic rock albums (19.01.2006)
- Some of my favorite Bands/Artists: Anglagard, Pain of Salvation, Pink Floyd, Gong, King Crimson, , Peter Hammill/Van der Graaf Geneator, Amon Düül II, Agitation Free, Frank Zappa, Opeth, Jonas Hellborg, Mahavishnu Orchestra, Robert Wyatt, Soft Machine, Hatfield and the North, Led Zeppelin, Uriah Heep, Roy Harper, Rory Gallagher, Sigur Rós, Björk and more...
- Some of my favorite Albums: Anglagard- Epilog, Museo Rosenbach - Zarathustra, Van der Graaf Generator - H to He/Still Life, Jonas Hellborg - Octave of the holy innocents, Pink Floyd - Meddle, Island - Pictures, Agitation Free - 2nd, King Crimson - Lizard/Red/Lark's Tongues, Taal - Mister Green, Fank Zappa - Hot Rats, Robert Wyatt - Rock Bottom, Soft Machine - Third, Hatfield and the North - The Rotter's Club, Gong - You/Gazeuse!, Sigur Rós - (), Opeth - Blackwater Park, Uriah Heep - Salisbury, Roy Harper - HQ, Rory Gallagher - Irish Tour, Björk - Vespertine and finally Led Zeppelin - Physical Graffiti (and of course many many more, can't really decide)

That's it.
